Lean Metrics
The application of Lean methodology has clearly defined goals: to reduce waste and raise productivity. But, to tell if you’re using it successfully, you must first know how to measure the results. To that end, Lean comes with a wide range of metrics.
Which ones you’re going to apply largely depends on what your process deals with, what it looks like, and where your improvement focus is. The choice of metrics will also tie with the Lean analysis methods that your process uses - feel free to view some of them in the Lean Methodology section.
