I need to cancel my subscription

Account owners can cancel the payment subscription in one of two ways:

Cancel your account: Navigate to Account Administration → Account Details and click the “Please cancel my account” link at the bottom-left.
Downgrade to the Free plan: Go to Account Administration → Plan & Billing details and use the Change your pricing plan link to switch to the Free plan.

If you’re canceling for a specific reason or if there’s something we can do to change your mind, we’d love to hear from you.
