Checklist Templates: Set up own standard checklists

Staying organized is all about efficiency, and Checklist Templates make it easier than ever! With just one click, you can add preset checklists to your cards—no need to type them from scratch every time.

To get started, just enable Checklist Templates in your board’s Settings → Power-Ups.
From there, you can create customized templates tailored to your workflow. Once set up, your team can quickly apply one or multiple templates to any new or existing card, keeping everything streamlined and consistent.

Want more structure? You can organize your checklist templates with nested sub-items!
Add one or two hyphens before a sub-list item to place it under a main list heading, like this:
