Why is 'Clone' the only option in some of my boards' menus?

Account admins and owners have full control over all boards in the dashboard. They can view, edit, clone, rename, and delete any board as needed.

However, project manager users only have full control over:

• Boards they created themselves
• Boards where they have been assigned as an owner

For that reason, on boards they haven’t created nor own but have access to, project managers will only see the clone option.
