Previous account owner quit. How to become the new account owner?

If you have access to the previous account owner’s email, you can reset their password to gain access:

1. Go to youraccount.kanbantool.com and click "I forgot my username or password".
2. Enter the owner’s email address, and a password reset link will be sent to their inbox.

Once logged in, you can update your permissions:

1. Navigate to the People tab.
2. Click Edit next to your name.
3. Check all access levels: project manager, account administrator, and account owner.

You’ll now have full ownership of the account.
