How to recover an account locked down with 2FA?
If you have enabled two-factor authentication for your account, but can no longer access your authorization codes, please use the recovery code. It will disable the two-factor authentication on your account and allow you to log in.
If you have lost the recovery code, please contact your account owner. Account owners can disable two-factor authentication for other users from the People page.
If you are the only account owner and have been locked out, please contact us on support@kanbantool.com. We will use the following procedure to verify the ownership of your account and disable the two-factor authentication for you:
