Where can I adjust my service plan and see payment details?
Service plan selection and subscription details are adjustable from the Account Administration tab by users with the account owner privilege only.
To reach it, exit the board view to the dashboard, and click Account Administration.
Under Account Administration, account owners can:
- Change the service plan
- Update the invoice details
- View and adjust the credit card subscription details
- Display past payment details and download receipts
- View a list of account owners & admins, show total user count
- Request account cancellation
- Adjust account name for the custom login page
- Upload company logo for the custom login page
- Enable/disable Single-Sign-On
Account users management
Account members related actions — adding new users, suspending past ones, updating their details — can be performed by account owners and admins from the People page, also accessible from the dashboard.
