Huss Licht & Ton is a German wholesaler specializing in event technology. Our modern web store offers an intuitive shopping experience that is fast, convenient, and accessible from anywhere. Customers can choose from over 400 international brands at competitive prices. The platform’s advanced features simplify product research and support seamless event planning and inventory management.

What kind of processes do you manage using Kanban Tool?

For years, we've used Kanban Tool throughout the company, in many different use cases. In fact, every department has its own board to manage their internal workload. But to highlight just one - the sales board is the most complex of them all.

Could you describe your workflow?

Every customer request received by email is transmitted to the board - partially through process automation. On this sales Kanban board, we assign the request to the appropriate sales manager and organize its timely processing.

What does your board look like?

The sales board has an intake column for all new requests (on the far left), a fast lane for urgent cases, and a column dedicated to storing and managing each sales manager's requests.

What adjustments did you make in order to improve your workflow?

To speed up our internal workflow, we've added a lot of process automation to the board. And even more adjustments were added through Zapier; for example, for sending automated personalized emails to our customers, or copying information from Business Intelligence Tools.

What features or integrations do you value most in Kanban Tool and why?

The integration with Zapier is the most important thing for us. With that, there are almost no limits when building custom, unique and automated workflows.

With Kanban Tool we have transparent, structured and digital workflows that make us flexible and fast. The workload is very easy to identify and makes it easier to prioritize tasks.
