We're thrilled to announce another game-changing set of updates to turbocharge your task management experience:
The checklist headings and sub-lists, and an advanced checklist item search!

Sub-lists and headings inside to-do items

You can now bring more structure to your checklists by turning any of your task's do-to lists into a heading of its own sub-list!

Thanks to the sub-lists, you can group separate parts of a job under their dedicated lists within one task. And yes - the sub-lists can have another level of to-dos under them, allowing you to build a complete tree-like hierarchy of work elements.

Furthermore, when you add a sub-list to a checklist element, it'll give the parent element a distinct, bold look. This heading element will be automatically checked as complete once all of its sub-elements are done.

Supercharged search inside checklist items

Another new element of Kanban Tool's lists is the ability to reference task cards from across any board inside a checklist item. So you can instantly refer to any work item inside a to-do list, even though the tasks may be scattered across multiple projects.

How does it work?

• Open any task with a checklist item.
• Click one the +Add checklist button to add a new item, or on the pencil icon next to an existing list element.
• Open the search dialogue by typing # and look up a task to reference!
