Changing board background has just been simplified!13 Apr 2021

We appreciate the impact that a personalized background image has on the board's appeal for teams, so we've decided to make background updates easier - the feature is now available directly on the board itself.

In the Tools menu, you will find a new Change background option, that opens an Unsplash image search, and shows a preview of what the image will look like on your page. Together with live renders of the board Theme colors, it makes the process of matching an image to your cards much smoother and more satisfying.

The restrictions on who can edit the board background image remain unchanged: the option is available to account administrators, account owners and to board owners.
